subdivision designed to preserve the beauty of nature and the rich
heritage of Old Canlubang.
It offers panoramic views of the mountains Makiling
and Banahaw, the Tagaytay Ridge, Laguna de Bay and the Makati Skyline.
In 1983, Canlubang Sugar Estate President, Jose Yulo, Jr. and wife
Regina, decided to leave the congestion of the city to build a home
in the family’s Laguna plantation.
Drawn to the balance of Rural and Urban life, they

a team to develop 250 very special lots designed in the same spirit
as his own home.
With a gently rolling terrain, wide open spaces, uncluttered
vistas, fresh air, and abundant spring water, Montecito Estates is
envisioned as an escape from the stress and rush of the city.
45% of the total land is dedicated to open spaces –
